Mikel Arteta will face Arsenal’s ex-manger Unai Emery, which will be a tough game for the Reds, who are looking to continue picking up three points for a strong start to the season.
Both Saka and Havertz started the season right where they left off, with both picking up a goal and an assist for the Gunners.
Arsenal’s defence looked as comfortable as ever, with David Raya making an outstanding save to help keep a clean sheet in the first game.
It was a shame that the Arsenal fans did not get to see Calafiori have a runout, but it was good to see Timber get some minutes in the tank from his return from injury.
