Jurrien Timber’s long-awaited comeback from his ACL tear 200 days ago in the season’s opening match against Crystal Palace appears to be imminent as the defender was in training with the Arsenal squad at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.
It hasn’t been the fairytale since moving to the Emirates in the summer, having left the Dutch powerhouses Ajax behind. It has been confirmed that the Dutchman’s teammates gave him a hearty welcome back to training.

Although it is unclear if he will be in the team that plays Sheffield United on Monday night, this is undoubtedly good news for Arteta, who has had to account for a lot of injuries this season.
