Crystal Palace are expected to offer Arsenal £35m including bonuses for Emile Smith Rowe, according to The Guardian and various other sources, including Fabrizio Romano.
Earlier this week, the Gunners turned down a £30m offer including add-ons from Fulham for the 23-year-old, but the Cottagers are expected to return with an improved bid.
As per the Guardian article, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta reportedly wants to keep Smith Rowe at the club, despite very little playing time last season.
Arsenal travel to the USA on Sunday for their pre-season tour, and Smith Rowe will be joining his teammates, with Arteta set on deciding his future.
